Bradley Cooper has been jumping on projects left and right after his appearance as sleezy fiance in Wedding Crashers. After sticking close to romance comedies with films such as Failure to Launch, Brad Cooper is ready to try a different genre with a different leading lady.

Bradley Cooper for Case 39

According to Variety, Paramount Pictures has picked up Bradley Cooper to co-star with Renee Zellweger in the upcoming film Case 39.

Story centers on a social worker, to be played by Zellweger, who saves an abused girl from her parents but later discovers things are not as they seem. Cooper will play a detective who is the love interest of Zellweger's character.

Ray Wright penned the screenplay.

I don't really like Renee Zellweger that much but if he's going to be in a film with her, that could be good. She's been in a lot of big films.

Yeah, I don't really care for her, either. But, I'm sure Bradley will be excellent.

I wish I could have seen him in Three Days of Rain while it was on Broadway. Both he and Paul Rudd got better reviews than Julia Roberts.

I remember asking my mom about going to that play and I don't remember what she said, but I'm sure I probably would've been able to go. Oh, well. I don't really like Julia Roberts, anyway.

Yeah, I remember all the articles about her poor performance.

I guess she really tried but she's too big of a movie star that most people couldn't sit back and give her a chance for theatre.

Hi guys!

Just thought I'd stop by to increase our Forum post count. I was at Blockbuster yesterday and noticed that "Failure to Launch" with Bradley is out on DVD now, so if anyone wants to see him in that it's in the New Releases section.

He looks cute on the DVD box.

Thanks for the info, Meryl.

On the airline I flew to and from Europe, you could watch movies and stuff, and FtL was one of them. I didn't watch it, but I saw a lot of others who did.

Is that with Matthew McConaughey and Sarah Jessica Parker in it? I forgot he was in that movie. I never saw it but it looks fun. I'll have to watch it sometime.
