we had a great family day, last sunday...my bf sent money to treat the whole family..

and we really had a great time..

prolly coz i dont get to watch tv, when i get home..

Jersh, Dexter is on pay-tv here, not on free to air, so not many people have heard of it, let alone seen it around here. But not long ago my mum (who loves it as well and lives in Adelaide) said there was a big stink kicked up locally because an ad for Dexter said Adelaide has the highest rate of serial killings per capita than anywhere else in Australia. She thought the ad was funny (and it's true!). But the locals in Adelaide weren't amused

Jess booked concert tickets yesterday. I'm so jealous! She not only gets a week off and gets out of this ant-ridden hole, but she gets to go to another concert! Ah, her grandmother promised her she would.

We get a flood day today! The water came up just enough to cut the road to school off, but not so far that the community out there has to be evacuated. They're used to it, it happens every couple of years, and they were all saying 'Last week was payweek, we've got our groceries, bring it on!'

Not so lucky today, the water went back down. Road is open, I was so looking forward to another day off!
