Liv Tyler - Liv Acrostic Haikus

I'm sure you're all familiar with what a haiku is, but to elucidate any who aren't;

A haiku is a poem consisting of only three lines. The first line should have 5 syllables, the second 7, and the last like the first; 5. Counting syllables is something I'm terrible at, so I wouldn't worry too much. One trick is to place your hand under your chin, and the number of times your chin hits your hand is the number of syllables in whatever you've just said. I don't think the method is perfect however. This is one example;

Whitecaps on the bay:
A broken signboard banging
In the April wind.

Now with a haiku you cannot say much. Every word must count, and because of that one is allowed to throw out all preconceptions of grammar, flow and even sense. Haikus are abstractions.

An acrostic is a poem where if one collects the leading letters of each line one forms a sentence or word. Now of course, the final reveal. Liv's name has three letters, which would fit nicely into an acrostic haiku! So let's be Lucy's mother and try and write some transporting little pieces. On the subject of Stealing Beauty;

Love is an apple
In your orchard, with
Vines to make our wine.

Laughter is round
In your mouth to my ear, then
Vanishes behind smile.

I think they are quite fun. Those are quite bad ones, and I don't think the syllables fit properly either. Part of the fun in haiku's is juxtaposing things that would normally not be, which I haven't done here. I've tried to follow the rules, and make them acrostic, but there's no need for you to do the same so just hang loose and write some silly or serious scraps.

Cool idea. I'll have to think about it though. I'm not very good at just thinking stuff up off the top of my head.
