And Zoe and Tristan are anything like I am they would have forgotten that Zoe is probably on probation and could get into major trouble. That would be a typical teenager thing to do and not think that they would get caught or that it would be a big deal if they didn't take anything that expensive. Sometimes I really wonder how Zoe is going to manage to stay out of trouble long enough to keep her out of jail.

I have a strong feeling that they're simply going to drop the Zoe having a record thing. It's downright insane how many Degrassi students should have been facing criminal charges over stuff that went down last season. Zig, Zoe, Miles, Frankie, Tiny, Damon, Grace, Lola, Shay, Jack. Then there's accomplices (Maya) and those who were in possession of (technical) child porn (Hunter). They should really just turn Degrassi into a juvenile detention center. But anyways, I agree. I still question just how remorseful (if at all) Zoe felt about the nudes scandal.

They should turn Degrassi into a juvenile detention center.

I think Zoe knows she should feel bad about the nudes scandal. She even gave a speech to the school about how wrong it is. But I think she also thinks she's entitled to act out because she was assaulted. She wanted to hurt others like she was. I think she understands that it was wrong now. Resentment is a tricky thing. I get it. I hope she does too and makes an effort to overcome that. I wish we saw her in counseling like we did Paige.

I don't think we ever saw Tristan and Zoe talk about her assault and what Mr. Yates did to him. I suppose they wouldn't since I don't think Tristan thinks his relationship with Yates was entirely wrong. And TPTB might not want to bring up the past storylines with Next Class. Maybe they can have a heart to heart about trust issues?

That's another thing we should really be seeing for at least one character. Counseling. With at least four characters, we've gotten confirmation that they've attended therapy and yet we don't even see one session. I have mixed feelings about Zoe not showing as much remorse as she probably should have. It's an interesting direction and I suppose she's not hurting anyone. The main person she harmed was Frankie and Zoe ultimately did delete that picture of her, because she felt remorseful. But on the other hand, it's kind of worrying and I've never been able to completely get past Zoe's behavior in 14A because she wasn't exactly redeemed. This character is so unpredictable, but maybe that's the brilliance of Zoe.

I almost wish the show wasn't having that much of a new start. One thing I've always loved about Degrassi is that they're pretty good about referencing past events fairly often. I know for now it's kind of a necessary evil because anyone would be overwhelmed by fourteen seasons and 385 episodes to catch up on and obviously we want Degrassi to succeed on Netflix.

Wow. I think you are right. That might be the brilliance of Zoe. It is fun to compare her to older characters but there is something abut her that is unique. It might be her unpredictability. I appreciate that about her.

I love the misty Canadian beach scenes! I remember the cast said that they were freezing when they shot Pride. Looks chilly there too.

They're one of my favorite friendships of this cast but I hated how he kept pushing her to come out when she clearly wasn't ready last season. I hope the way she told him off will have him stop doing that next season.

Yeah, that was hard to watch.

I loved their run together on student council.

Fierce!
