Has anyone watched her in Superman & Lois yet? According to the caption of this picture of Baby Stacey her character shoots lasers from her eyes. Most CW shows up on Netflix. If this does I might have to watch it just to see that.

I just can't see her playing a villain. I mean that figuratively and literally (unless it comes to Netflix). Anyway so I'm trying to learn more about her character Leslie. Leslie doesn't have her own little button to IG stories on the official page. But the headshot on her IMDB page is very pretty.

Last night was a big episode for her character. Stacey posted some BTS photos/clips, including the big stunt done by her double.

You ready for this new indie rock band or WHAT?

To be able to spend actual real life time with my friend @staceyfarber in person frolicking the streets of New York was the best laugh out loud experience I’ve had in 14 months. She’s been in Vancouver filming and with the borders closed for us saucy Americans getting to hang with my Canadian friends has proved tricky. But we found some time on the east coast to thrive and our night was one for the books. We went to comedy shows, we found a creole bar with beautiful black women inside blasting 90’s jams that welcomed us overly happy to be out white girls inside to drink and dance, the fabulous bartendress gave us cups to take our cocktails to go, we brought THOSE Togo cocktails to ramen and no one said a thing as we sipped them, then we took the train to Brooklyn to see more comedy. The next morning bloody Mary’s soothed our souls and now we have that killer memory forever. I’m grateful for this shining light in my friendship circle.

The first season finale of Superman & Lois aired the other night. If you look at her caption you get the sense that might be it for her character, but based on what I've read it appears she might return at some point next season so hopefully that proves to be true.

I’m so grateful I got to play Larr. It was fun every day on set (not always the case!) and a real, cathartic treat mid-pandemic to be directed to glare at people and throw punches.

Hi, friends! It’s Stacey here (@staceyfarber ). I play Leslie Larr— the super-hearing, flying, laser-shooting metahuman / right hand to Morgan Edge. A few of you asked me about CGI and greenscreens so I thought I’d share some BTS pics that document the early stages of that work.

On this particular day, they stuck little orange stickers all over my costume and invited me into a portable photo lab built inside a truck. I stood on that wood box surrounded by over a hundred very-fancy digital cameras that took my photo from every angle imaginable, simultaneously. The shutter clicks were LOUD. I think there were maybe 160 cameras? Yikes. Then, they asked me to make a series of varying facial expressions— like the ones pictured in these slides.

They’ll use the captured images if they need to for special effects. They film me on set— and get close-up coverage—whenever I’m fighting and flying. Or, maybe they’ll clone or 3D print me? We’ll see.
