well no matter what people say, he DEFINITELY has feelings for her and vice versa. They made that clear in this movie.

At least we got some good moments and he said "someday." IMO it ended as well as it could have.

And it prob. is the last time well see them and it ended with them hinting at getting together eventually. So i'm happy!

Yeah, it did not actually sink. They have feelings for each other. That was MORE than established.

I think that since Marco didn't get to forgive Paige yet, so they might want to wrap that up. Then they would get a perfect chance to give us an update on Crellie even if they aren't in the show. And maybe they could just surprise us with an appearance.

AHHHH! -- that's about as coherent a post as I can make right now...

And I would hardly say our ship "sank".. it was more than clear that Craig had feelings for her. And that kiss at the end was amazing!

And hey, i'll happily take the open-ended positive ending! It's the next best thing to them actually getting together...which because of the circumstances wasn't very likely to work out.

I don't think they could have made it work realistically. She had the drama with her dad and Craig was going to tell her how he felt before Marco stopped him. How was he going to tell her after that? Like he said in the beginning of the movie-- "We're both in different places now." He knew it was the last thing she needed.

His life is in LA, Ellie is at the Core in TO. This was the only plausible ending other than killing off the ship for good, which they didn't do but easily could have. I think that says a lot. Haters are gonna hate no matter what but I don't really care. I think we got a great storyline! And a better ending than most other Degrassi ships...

Since this is probably the last time the original cast will be together, I think they could have made Craig go back with Ellie for awhile. And they would figure things out from there.

and hey, you never know. stacey and jake could come back for one last appearance or something down the line and maybe it can work. It aint over till the fat lady sings!

I love that with Ellie we got a storyline that touched on her father's experience with war as well as the little hints of her possibly having a problem with alcohol, either now or in the future. Those were areas that a lot of fans had been hoping would get explored again.

I also liked that they didn't rush the two of them into their arms within a half hour after seeing each other. That would have felt fake with these two. And the idea of Ellie avoiding something totally felt true as well based on what we've seen with her in the past. The scene with the two of them talking after she wakes up was fabulous, maybe the best in the movie.

Finally, it was clear they had both had romantic feelings for each other and that played out in the airport scene (a nice call back). No, they weren't together in the the end. But the ending we did get....a positive open ended one sealed with a kiss....or many kisses was just about perfect based on what else we saw with them in this episode and with them in the past.

The sinking of the ship? Definitely not as far as I'm concerned.

Let the haters hate. We'll be too busy enjoying what we just saw to care.

Oh and I've said this before and I'll say it again. If your couple is pissing people off than that's just a sign they got something right going on.

Yeah, they had a lot of cute moments. I loved their montage on the beach with him just watching her, and then all his staring at her during the dinner.

I also loved when he went to tell her he had feelings for her, it was so cute.

then of course the scene you mentioned on the couch and the last scene. A bit cliche, lmao, but still, it was cute.

and I thought it was fitting to end them at the airport like they did last time. This time, it ended a bit better. haha.

I think we should use that as a title next time. Something about how our ship was sealed with a kiss or something.
