I could have sworn there was a thread for him, but I didn't see one in the intro thread so unless some idiot (
 ) didn't put the link for that thread (if it exists) in the intro, this will have to do.  As for Sav, I think he's great when he's hanging around with Peter and Danny, and I enjoyed his stuff earlier this season with Declan as well. I also love his relationship with Alli. It's nice to have a sibling relationship in which both siblings get a lot of screen time. We really haven't had one of those since the first season of TNG when Toby had has one great year of getting a lot of screen time. __________________

What I want to know is what happened to Sav's stickerbook? We haven't heard about it since Anya broke up with him in With or Without You. It was such a big deal in S7.
edit: Originally the first post, deleted to make room for the OP- I have to admit. I've actually become a sorta Sav fan. I didn't think it would happen, but this season we've seen more of him and I feel like we're finally starting to understand who he is. He certainly has his faults, but I think Sav's the type of person who is doing the best he can with what he has. I really like his scenes with Alli and Declan. I think Ray's acting has improved a lot this season. It's never been a wow factor for me, but compared to season 8 you can tell he's improved a lot. While I only kinda liked him in the minis last season (basically I like Sav as Declan's sidekick) I can honestly say I like him this season. Seeing him away from Anya has helped I think because he wasn't the best boyfriend now that they broke up we get to see a more enjoyable side of him. I always like his scenes with his family but in this season I'm liking his scenes with Holly J and with Adam & Eli.

I kinda like that he freaks out as much as he does. And I think that makes some sense, given the way he was raised.
I agree that breaking up the Sav/Anya relationship was good for both characters. We've mostly seen that from his stand point, but I think in time we'll get to see that from her side as well. Anyway, I really enjoyed the plot in the last two episodes with him and I've enjoyed him this season. Thanks for bumping the thread. We need to jump start it. __________________

I am loving the Sav character this season. Since he got rid of Anya and got a new hair cut, it is like he is a new man. I thought I only liked him because of the chemistry that he and Holly J have, but after seeing the last epi I realized I am just loving him.
Be sure to add me if you make a list. p.s. I am a Jsav shipper but how hot did him and Bianca look together?? Esp. when he told her to shut her drunk ass up, lol loved it. |
