I think that Riley's storyline is going to be the highlight of season 8. I'm so happy that, for the most part, everyone seems to adore his character. But how can you not? He's one of the more complex characters we've had lately. I want my Riley episodes now!

That promo is amazing! Seriously...Riley is a hottie. Poor trainwreck Riley. I'm so glad that they're not giving him a light hearted, cheesy storyline like with Marco, although I do love Marco. This is good. Season 8 might not be so sucky.

Now only if we can get Piley...

I can't wait to see more Riley. He is definitely the most interesting new character on the show now. I have a feeling when this season is over his storyline will remain my favorite.

He DOES have a sexy back. :X

Also... I'm glad Degrassi will finally "go there" this season. While the season is definitely a step up from last season (imo, anyway)... it lacks the hardball topics and really dramatic storylines Degrassi's known for. I think Riley will provide that for this season.

The only episode I've seen from this season was "Man with Two Hearts" with his kiss to Peter. Otherwise, I checked out of the show since the meshing of the two schools took place.
