Rebels [Jay/Alex] #5: Because he gets her, the real her.
 Banner by Bkrstar We were first introduced to the two lovable rebels in the season three episode of Degrassi titled Gangsta Gangsta. They were the couple who is always all over each other, kissing, hugging, or just making out in the corner. Together they have made it clear of how deeply they feel for eachother without being all clingy and sickingly cute like most other couples on the show. Jay and Alex understand each other, all of this is evident in just a look. When there is trouble you can almost garuntee that they will be the ones causing it, or at least they will be present to witness it and laugh.
