I appreciate that they didn't take these two down a romantic path. I'm hoping next season we will get more layers of who Saad is because I don't feel as connected to him yet as I do with Rasha.

They definitely didn't do enough with Saad last season. Hopefully we did so more, as what we did see was quite interesting. Thanks for starting this, fellow Mod. You can add me.

I'm not sure if I'm anxious to see Maya date anyone tbh but I would like to see her interact, and that includes having a heartfelt conversation or two, with Saad. "When I went to visit Tristan in the hospital, all I could think was that he was there because I exist." A long video but I enjoyed Maya's story and was reminded of some parts I forgot, like that line. __________________

 I agree with everyone who was disappointed by their lack of interaction in season 4. It's too bad Saad was so closely tied to one of the hardest times in Maya's life because they could have been great friends under different circumstances. It's great that Maya was able to get reacquainted with Zig, Grace and even Tristan, but Saad unfortunately had no one other than Lola, his eventual love interest.__________________

Ahhh, I was waiting for this thread to bump because I have Saad/Maya videos on my watchlist.
Good song choice and unique. It makes me miss them and their issues. I don't suppose Parham or Olivia ever talk about the relationship and how it was dropped. And the second video was titled Maya/Saad- Degrassi: Next Class [Death obsession] by Jenny Pogue and it was removed on copyright grounds before I could watch it. Boo. __________________
