I used to love this pairing, back when Maya was actually faithful in it. It's like now that she knows she has him hooked, she doesn't think twice about doing whatever she wants. I understand the whole Zig situation and she felt truly sorry and was so worried that she was about to loose Cam and tired everything to get the poitn across that she loved him, but now it's shown in the promo that she's cheating again. Maybe it's just some dream or it can be somehow justified, but I highly doudt it. Just Maya being Maya, probably feelings 'unappreciated' again. God, Cam can't do anything right in her eyes. Whatever issues he faces in the last 10 episodes, I'm holding her responsible. No wonder the kid is such a loose canon with having his emotions played with like that.. damn.

I won't hold Maya responsible for whatever Cam does and I do think that unlike Zig Maya does care about Cam's feelings and she was at least upfront about what she did. I think that unlike most people in Cam's life, Maya sees Cam as a person and not just the star hockey player and he actually seems to relax when he's around her. Zig has already shown that he has little regard for anyone else and their feelings and how his actions might affect someone else and so I figure that he will end up eventually hurting Maya or at least putting her in a difficult position.

Are we to believe that Cam's text to Maya ("It's over.") was in reference to their relationship? This seems to be the general consensus -- but I read "it's over" as referring to, you know, everything. His life.

We don't know what Cam meant by it, and we may never know. But, Maya? Well, she's not exactly looking at the big picture right now, so in her mind that text likely does mean that the over is the relationship. If what we think will happen does happen, then that text takes on a whole new meaning.
