I'm excited for Maya's future plots because Olivia said Maya goes through some "major changes" in 14b.I kinda wonder what the exactly means.

Yeah. Same here. It's kind of hard to tell which direction the writers will go with her since I feel like she's already changed quite a bit since her introduction. Maybe she'll actually stay away from boys for once?

I think that Maya goes through changes in 14b bit from above might have been the most interesting thing. But, then again, I didn't watch.

Well, they talked a bit about how Cam's suicide and Maya's behaviour toward her friends is directly correlated. Which should be obvious but still, I like that kind of confirmation.

Also, I think the things she's going to go through in 14B will tie into Zig's gang plot.

I suppose having a best friend who is in a gang can change you. I forget if more was said about these "changes" but for some reason I assumed like an identity change. She seems to be the type of person that is questioning who they are. I don't know what she could change into that is brought on by the gang storyline. Could be interesting though. But IDK. Change can be anything. It could be moving.

^ I was thinking more along the lines of something bad will happen to her. I've said it before, but I don't think it's any coincidence that Maya was the one Vince saw Zig with. I think he's either going to target her directly to get to Zig or Maya will find out that Zig's still involved and do something stupid like confront Vince herself in an effort to keep Zig safe. And we all know what happened to Bianca when she did that for Drew.

Yeah, I've had that thought as well. I can't imagine what would happen to Maya. I feel like she has a certain protection since she's the main girl and therefore nothing too severe can happen to her. But it would certainly be a plot twist if Maya ended up being pressured into sex with Vince. But again, I doubt they'd ever go there.

I had a thought that is really OOC for Maya but I'm gonna throw it out there.Referring to when Olivia said Maya will go through changes. One thing that stood out last block was what her mother said. Something along the lines of "you can't help people who won't help themselves". Maya was there for Miles but sorta realized she couldn't keep worrying about him and had to focus on her. I have been wondering how they will make this time around with the gang different then last time, as far as Zaya goes. One way is to not have Maya be so actively involved. Like I said this seems OOC but both Zig and Grace have suggested that if the Matlins find out he is still dealing that they would kick him out or Maya would be mad.She might react differently this time around, more so because he is keeping it from her and now its coming into her home. Just a theory but hey that would be different for Maya, her reacting differently to the same situation.But I do find it hard to believe as close as she is to Zig she wouldn't continue to try to help him get out of this. But I think its also been made clear that she is learning its not her job to wear the burden of every ones problems.
