I think I might already be a Marisol fan. I know what we've seen of her has been a little spacey but there's something about her I enjoy. Shanice is so sweet though. I love following her on twitter. And on a shallow note, she's gorgeous!

Thanks for starting this! We have to work on getting appreciation threads up for the other new characters as well. If anyone wants to, please feel free. We'll all work together to get their thread nice and pretty with graphics and reasons...but if you are feeling creative please feel free to make something to kick the thread off right.

Titles...titles...yeah I got nothing right now. But I like "A first impression isn't the best impression." Kinda hints to the love triangle with KC. It's going to be interesting how that turns out.

In an interview with Hollywood Life, Chloe Rose talks about, among other things, the relationship between Marisol and Katie. Interesting stuff.

I agree that based on what we've seen of her through Twitter, Shanice seems to be very sweet. I'm hoping for her sake, that Marisol doesn't get too much flak with these earlier episodes.

So Marisol will probably have a decent part in tomorrow's episode but I liked seeing her tonight. She looked cute in her uniform, and we got to see a little bit more of her personality. I know a lot of people are ready to be outraged by KC/Marisol but honestly I get it. The writers are doing a good job of showing how KC is feeling more and more trapped by Jenna and Tyson. I'm curious to see how Marisol feels about KC's current situation and if anything will happen between Marisol and Jenna later on because of KC.

Okay so we didn't see her tonight but it looks like she'll be involved in both KC's plot and Clare's plot next week. I love that she's involved with so many different characters.

Tonight we didn't see the nicest side of Marisol, but instead she once again represented a very realistic teen girl. I think this is the real appeal of Marisol. She's not over the top and she wouldn't seem out of place at any high school.

Well I'm hoping this Katie/Drew/Marisol plot won't be as cut and dry as the promos make it seem. So far this season the writers have done a good job of not making anyone look completely bad (or completely good for that matter) so that makes me hopeful. I am glad they're diving a little deeper into the Katie/Marisol friendship. I find friendships far more interesting than the same old romantic drama.
