Just the other day my sister went over the one year mark without smoking a cigarette, so while, yes, this is s sponsored pic, I had to post it here. I hope he's able to stay a non smoker.


lukebilyk- Being a smoker always made exercise feel like a struggle. Constantly pushing it off until later, and never having the drive to get up because I knew how I’d feel afterwards. Choosing to put that cigarette out, has given me all the motivation and energy I need to get up and get active. Now I can enjoy everything this city has to offer.

Degrassi should stick in a cigarette smoking plot. So many of the cast seem to smoke.

Yeah, I 'm always disappointed to see any of the cast members smoke. I think it was more prevalent among the original TNG cast, although I could be wrong. I'm sure some of the smokers go out if their way to hide their habit from the public cameras.

I agree that a smoking plot would be a good one. In particular I think it would be a good plot for a newbie niner trying to be cool.

Drew was one character who grew on me a lot and became my absolute favorite.

And the niner sticks with the habit throughout high school, but ditches the bad boy image and tries to kick the habit and then finds out he can't perform as well as he would like in a sport.
