Finally! I've found it! A peter and Darcy forum! I was starting to think there wasn't one! Please add me to this list! I love them together! Does anyone know where I can find good Darcy and Peter icons! I can't seem to find any! Love Parcy

I pretty much stopped watching Degrassi now that Darcy's gone and Peter really is..kinda pointless, idk. It's sad

I keep watching because I have hope that Darcy will come back. I mean they did say she would be back in a semester. I want to see what will happen between him, Darcy, and Mia. I look forward to seeing that!

I hate to bring your hopes down but the exec said Shenae wouldn't be back for S9. She's too busy with 90210. Good news is Nina's leaving too so no more Peter/Mia.

I'm not on the list either. Add me please.

Anyway, for some thread killing, what is your fav Peter/Darcy episode?? Mine is BAM. I love love love their subplot! I think Shenae and Jamie did such a great job. But I also love SITD for Peter's drunk ILY. heheheh

I'm so glad this thread is coming back to life. They're one of my favorites ever. SITD is probably my fav episode for them. The drunk ILY gets me everytime. They're just too cute

I definitely agree. BAM was such a good episode for them. I loved their subplot. I think it was the episode that really made me believe Peter had changed. He was so supportive and sweet and kinda dorky

SITD is great too. Loved the ski montage

ITA! The ski montage is so cute and the song is great. Plus they filmed it right near where I live

I think that Peter had one of the most realistic change in his character out of all the characters on Degrassi. You really get the sense that what happened to Darcy had a huge effect on him as well. He didn't really know how to deal with it, but by ep 14 he realises that he just has to be there to hold her hand and support her. I love the little part at the end when he's cheering her on during Craig's song. That was such a sweet moment, because Darcy was so afraid after what happened. She didn't know who to trust, especially guys because she doesn't know who attacked her. But after talking about it, she finally is able to put her trust in Peter and the rest of the guys on the trip.

Really? That's awesome.

It as almost as if all his progress was thrown out the window when he hooked up with Mia. They made it seem like Darcy didn't have any affect on him at all after she left, well not until later on I guess, but still really poorly handled. I'm glad they at least had the decency to write Peter where he still had feelings for Darcy later on. Feelings like that don't vanish over night. It actually seemed realistic up until they decided to hook Peter and Mia back up again

and since when does Peter love Mia?

Kind of came out of nowhere if you ask me.

Exactly. The Peter/Darcy sort-of breakup didn't make much sense. Darcy said she was leaving for 1 semester. I get that the writers probably did that in order to allow Shenae to come back for season 9 if she wanted to, but 4 months really isn't a very long time. There's no reason why Peter couldn't just write letters to her and wait for her to come back.
