I was never expecting the "Degrassi" powers that be to go to college/university/post "Degrassi" life again with this year's senior class given how last year's seniors were written out of the show and are going to school across the USA and Canada. I know this show is infamous for awkward and out-of-character farewell/exit storylines and I think that the Yale storyline would be a plausible exit storyline. As an example we've barely seen Peter this season and I think that Declan did go through senior year character abuse but, I think that the other seniors will just get even more out-of-character and awkward storylines. I do think that the "Degrassi" powers that be could've completely ruined Declan's character twice, but, that didn't happen and go them a lot of publicity and discussions on the fan boards and fan forums which I am sure is exactly what they wanted.

I am glad that all of you are glad to have a new thread. I also would be very surprised if Landon/Declan were the only series regular to leave "Degrassi" after this season for any number of reasons or to also see some actors go from series regulars to recurring cast members. Declan/Landon has fans and or at least people that want to discuss him and there are also apparently a lot of people who like to read and not post much. Declan/Landon's first thread has over 14,000 views.

I think that Declan/Landon had a better storyline than the original cast members who were in the movie did. I also think that even though Landon didn't win the Gemini this year that I think that he will be nominated again for either "Try Honesty" or even more likely "Love Lockdown."
