+ "Gangsta, Gangsta" – This is good because it's the first real Emma make-out, and it's a lying-in-the-dirt-in-the-woods kind of make-out, which is even better. Plus this is a truly essential episode—as I've pointed out before—because it marks the first moments of "the new Sean" and the last moments of "the old Emma." Oh wait, new insight! This make-out is the last of the old Emma's make-outs. And it happens in the ravine. As in The Ravine. As in where the new Emma later goes with Jay and... hits the rock-bottom trough of her new Emmaness. Foreshadowing!

So, after literally minutes of intense thought, my endorsement for Best Make-Out goes to: "Gangsta, Gangsta." It's got a really nice make-out (a really nice EMMA make-out), and it lays more of the groundwork for the future of Degrassi than possibly any other episode.
