Thanks for the new thread! I keep randomly adding 'undead' to the title in my head.

About the pic of Eli's room: Haha, is that one of those electronic/battery-powered parrots that repeat (almost) everything you say? They're toys, not real parrots (I know people said stuffed, but I was clarifying). They sell them at Cracker Barrel. I had one as a kid.
I don't know whether to see the preview or not. I'm very tempted, but...I kind of want to wait. DAMNIT. If there were leaks, then I'd be more than willing to peek at the preview. ;_;

Gaaah. I don't want Clare to steal the watch back. That is mean. I hope there's more to that than just 'he won't sleep with me, therefore, I'll break up with him'. That makes me sad and disappointed in Clare. Then again, as I said a few pages back on the last thread, she's doing dumb things because this her first REAL relationship.

If there's anything to be learned from my relationship and the past conflicts, she's gonna do stupid stuff for a little bit in the beginning. Eli will probably do something equally as stupid, if not more-so, later on. Then later, they'll find some balance, mature emotionally, and should be better. Zac and I are much much better than we were in the past (due to differing troubles - also I left a lot cause of insecurity - like Clare).

I know, I know. I keep going back to my relationship, but if it's supposed to reflect real ones, then it'll maybe turn out like mine.

I think there is. Thinking back to the preview, it seems like Clare is more concerned about Eli's past with Julia, and how he might not be over her. I think when Clare says that she wants to stay the night at his place, she's not really making an ultimatum; rather, I think in between the lines Clare is saying "I want to know that you care about/love me as much, if not more, than you did her. The reason she is so jealous I think is because Eli wasn't done dating Julia when she died. It's not like they broke up. I get what you guys are saying about her being jealous of his past with her but thats just what it is and he won't get it back again even if it was spectacular. But honestly how good can sex between two 15 years old REALLY be? Plus, its like Eli said in the sneak peak "she's dead." Nothing is going to change that so Clare needs to stop worrying that he wont be with her BECAUSE of Julia. It's pretty obvious its something else entirely.

Like his massive collection of street signs and license plates he hoards. That he hides expensive rolexes under. (I'm calling it now. I have a feeling it has something to do with road signs I remember seeing some in a random promo not to mention the one that fell out of his locker O_O.)

Or he may randomly just have some. HEY him and Fitz can call Bruce the Moose and bond over stealing signs for their bedrooms

Yep. That's what it seems like to me too. The way that everything is changing dramatically for her, I can't really blame her. And Clare's not really thinking right anway, we've seen that. She's questioning everything.

I think that while Eli may be a hoarder, ect. Most of the problem is in Clare's head and he's not quite sure how to handle it. Because we all know Clare is definatly not quite thinking straight and, well, let's face it. Teenage boys are teenage boys. He doesn't know what in Hell he's supposed to do about it.
