| I'm not quite sure how I feel about this episode. I thought it was decent, but I was also a little disappointed. Riley's plot was just okay for me. It was nice to see Riley's struggle some more. I also thought the episode had a lot of memorable quotes "Too bad there's no cure for *****!" "She's the head of our LGBT club." "What's that? A Sandwich?" I was hoping to see more of the outside influences on Riley to act straight--maybe get a look into his home life. I thought the b plot was cute. Anya's not my favourite character, but it was nice to see a plot revolving around her on her own--it seems she's always a secondary character, mainly a sidekick to Sav, Holly J., Mia, etc. Leia, to me, is just a waste of a character. I feel like the writers just make her a part of plots to give her something to do-- she doesn't have a very consistent personality though. As for the c-plot, I'm glad it wasn't just a K.C/Claire/Jenna plot, it was nice that they tied Dave into the mix. Like I said before, he's my favourite of the new additions, and he's a pretty good actor. I like all of the ninors (though I wish they'd include Connor some more). I also like the fact that this season, all four of the new additions to the cast (Declan, Fiona, Jenna and Dave) are being used in several plots, and main plots, at that. | |||

| I'm not the biggest Riley fan out there, but I'm glad he got a two-parter. Although I do think him struggling with his sexuality was getting old, I'm glad it's finally over. It took a while, but I really do believe he came to terms with who he is and is no longer afraid to face himself head on. It was nice to see him take that path. As for his anger problems, I think those were really interesting too. In the beginning, he was just a jock ignoring the obvious and then he was taking steroids. Now he's actually hurting the people who care about him the most and who are trying to help him. His treatment of Fiona was downright ridiculous, but maybe, just maybe, he'll get her to forgive him. I wouldn't count on it though. I enjoy the Peter/Riley friendship somewhat, but I really don't think it should go any further. Hopefully they will stay friends and graduate together and be happy. ![]() The Sav/Anya plot was pretty lame, as usual. And when since does Leia have friends? Stupid. Anya into roleplaying games? Very random and kind of unrealistic in my opinion. It was okay I guess, but it just didn't hold my attention. The ninth graders spending time together was cute and reminded me of the good ol' days in a way, but I'm just not a fan of KC or Clare. Jenna is okay and I love Dave, but they should definitely not date. Dave needs someone he can have fun with, and I hope he realizes that. __________________ Ransom notes keep falling out your mouth.
