| Having just watched 904/906, it's hard to separate the two in my head now. But I'll try for the sake of the threads. ![]() The a-plot was pretty good. I'm getting tired of the Degrassi kids becoming singers though. On top of that, it was a little odd how Jane became the lead singer-- I didn't really understand why they needed her to begin with. Declan was considerably less irritating for me in this episode. It was weird because even though Jane was completely in the wrong, I still didn't hate her character. As for the b-plot, I think they're setting up K.C.'s storyline for the future, which is fine with me. The plot itself didn't wow me, but I'm guessing this will all lead to the bigger plot he's supposed to get down the road. | |||

| Yeah I don't really have anything to say about either of the episodes. They weren't bad. I thought that the storyline made sense and it was done well. It wasn't like I was mad at Jane or Declan or anyone really for what happened. But it wasn't a memorable episode of Degrassi either. It's not like I want to watch this episode again or anything like that. It was just... meh. __________________ tessa&scott ♥ | |||

| This episode was entirely set up for future episodes so for me it's hard to really judge it. I did like that they are going to take KC and the coach's plot slow. I got strange vibes from the coach from the start. He reminded me of Jordan... I like the KC/Dave friendship that's starting. I think Jane fell for Declan a little too fast. I felt for Spinner when he thought Jane was breaking up with him. So sad. | |||

| The Manny/Jane friendship was a bit confusing to me. It took me a while to figure out that Manny was visiting Jay who was hanging out with Spinner who is dating Jane so now Manny and Jane are friends ![]() __________________ tessa&scott ♥ | |||

But why didn't you use the one with the wardrobe, fellow mod? Oh. I see. Embedding disabled by request. That's so annoying when people do that.

That Robert Smith is an odd one, isn't he? What can I say? I like the live stuff. ![]() As for the episode, this was the weaker of the two but still enjoyable. Oh man, I really did feel awful for Spin in this episode. He looked so sad when he thought Jane was going to break up with him. Speaking of Spin, can he really afford to pick up the lease on that loft? The Jane/Manny relationship did come out of left field, but I appreciate that they at least had Jay ask the question that the audience was asking. The Jane/Declan relationship? Rushed, but there was a little bit of a spark there. I liked the idea of using the songs from Degrassi bands for a musical (only in theory Degrassi producers, not reality) even if it's hard to buy into the idea that any of these students, let alone two relative newbies in Declan and Jane, would actually know enough songs by Degrassi bands to make this musical. Oh and I wasn't a big fan of Jane being in the band, either. As for the subplot, it was a nice setup for the future. The explosion by KC was definitely over the top, but I enjoyed the conversations he had after that with both Connor and the coach. Oh and I have to admit it drove me nuts to see him shooting layups without dribbling. __________________ Thinkin' of you's workin' up my appetite Looking forward to a little afternoon delight. | Ultimate Fan ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hmmm not a bad episode. It didn't really hold my attention. Declan/Landon is a very charismatic dude however. So far I've been able to recall every scene he's been in. I don't know how I feel about Jane and Declan. Then again I don't really feel much for Spinner and Jane either. Spane is probably most likely to be a couple IRL. So I guess it's a good surprise for her to be interested in Declan? IDK. Call me superficial but I just wish Jane would smudge her damn eyeliner. Her bug eyes distract me in every scene she's in. It's kind of driving me insane... Subplot: Enjoyed it much much more. I really like KC...his personal issues and his group home placement. I've been waiting for a character like this for awhile now. I have a soft spot for troubled male teens. I have no idea what that means but it's always been that way since I've watched television. I liked seeing the staff show concern for his well being and I can't wait to see where they take his relationship with the coach. That might be the plot I've been asking for awhile now.

| I felt really bad for Spinner in this episode. He seemed so upset when he thought Jane was going to break up with him. Wasn't really into the whole Declan/Jane thing. The sub plot with K.C. I didn't really like. The only part I really liked was when he said "I Suck!". ![]() I liked seeing Manny back on Degrassi. ![]() __________________ Icon by ana_jo. | |||

| This episode is the worst of this season so far. I don't dislike all of the characters featured, I just don't think the plotlines ran together smoothly. When I saw the promo for Declan and Jane kissing, I thought I saw so much chemistry and passion but when I actually watched the episode... it was just lacking. I hope I feel a little better about it after watching Wanna Be Startin' Something. Random Thought: Why would Declan suddenly have the hots for Jane and not Holly J. or Anya? Manny and Jane looked so rockerchic with their lip and nose rings. What an out of the blue friendship though. ![]() KC, KC. I just have no interest in his character at all. He's not boring, he's just... I don't know, annoying? A whole bunch of our old favorite guys in one (aka a bad combination)? I liked Dave and Connor's apperances, but KC... ugh. I don't know, maybe he'll grow on me. Overall, 7/10. __________________ Ransom notes keep falling out your mouth. Mid-sweet talk, **wspaper word cut-outs. Speak no feeling, no I don't believe you. | You know what I can't stand about KC? That Claire basically harasses Alli about Johnny not being good enough but KC throws tantrums and throws things all the time. I just think that KC does a better job than Johnny o pretending to fit in when clearly he has a lot deeper issues. __________________ .shanna. ♥ “If you become frightened, instead become inspired." ♥ Craig/Manny|Cesar/Nadia|Brooke-Lucas-Lindsey|Harry/Hermione|Ana-Lucia|Lauren&LO! | Yeah, Clare really should do her research. Her boyfri**d isn't perfect, and neither is she. If her par**ts thought Peter was bad for Darcy, wait until they meet KC. lol __________________ Ransom notes keep falling out your mouth. Mid-sweet talk, **wspaper word cut-outs. | KC has issues like everyone else on Degrassi, but he's never actually done anything mean to Clare the way that Johnny has to Alli. Craig trashed a hotel room once, but he's no Johnny that's for sure ![]() __________________ tessa&scott ♥ | |||
