Chris Benoit lost the belt at Summerslam actually, to Randy Orton. Evolution beat up Randy Orton at the end of RAW, Evolution and HHH were telling him that he's nothing without Evolution.
 But he did beat Chris Benoit pretty much by himself at Summerslam.  __________________
