Yeah, I suppose they could have waited a little longer, but in the general scheme of things I don't think they did much of anything wrong either. And I can't imagine anything from Christine's clips (can't wait to see them!) will change my mind.

Actually, I don't know. When I rewatched those early clips, I felt really bad for Clare. I think Jenna and KC could have been a little more sensitive to her feelings and waited. The end of Klare should have been more dignified, especially when you look back on how long KC and Clare were going out, and how popular they were with the fandom.

Well, tbh I DID feel bad for clare, but I wasn't a shipper of either couple or a fan of either character at the time, just a KC fan, and I could understand why he broke up with Clare, it was realistic for a teenage boy to be fed up with her sort of annoying attitude, Clare might be such a good and nice girl, but she can be quite the pain in the ass, but mostly I just think they clearly didn't have anything in common to begin with.

Come on she got upset because he sprayed a little bit of water on her. It might seem a petty reason to break up with someone, but it is realistic for a 14 year old boy to get tired of her, when he has already had a pretty ****ty life and just wants to have fun for once.

AGAIN, not justifying Jenna, but I never even understood the jenna/clare friendship, these two clearly had nothing in common, and alli/jenna always made more sense to me (even more than alli/clare).

I do like Connor and Jenna...but man sometimes do they make me miss KC and Jenna. I'm trying to be happy that they were an incredibly memorable couple. They loved each other, I loved their angst, and I think they were the most successful teen pregnancy couple. The magic of the pair probably would have been ruined with a reconciliation - we have seen that happen many times on this show.

I love Jenna and Connor. It's one of my favorite parts of the show right now.

But, they don't hold a candle to this pairing. A while back I mentioned that I thought this was the definitive couple of this generation of Degrassi and I stand by that. I miss them, but at least what we got from them was so good in so many ways.

It is hard to even compare them to Jenna/Connor. It just feels very before and after. They haven't changed how much I love KC/Jenna though. I don't know if Jenna/Connor is long term but I know that KC and Jenna will always remember each other. Hopefully always be in touch too.

There's this part of me that hopes we see KC show up at graduation. No KC/Jenna/Connor love triangle though! NO! I'd just like to see a couple moments that remind us of KC's history on the show. I kinda have this big want to see him interact with Armstrong again. He was involved off and on when KC was having troubles at home and acting out. I'd like to see him catch up with him.

I still kinda feel like KC and Jenna could "end up" together say 10 or 15 years from now. Like their paths could cross and they would find their way back to each other. That would be a good fanfic, now that I think of it. Or a good premise for Degrassi:TNNG!

Personally I'm glad KC is gone because his character was super lame. We have no room for poor kids on this show. Who wants a bunch of dumb storylines about kids from lower-income families, who are too broke to afford anything, have to resort to shady means to make any money, grew up in a group home, have parents with drug problems, etc.? That's BORING! Thank god KC is gone because we needed to make room for storylines about the rich and famous. Degrassi is really going where no teen show has gone before -- by focusing on kids who have LOTS of money, unlike broke KC "wah I can't even afford an iPhone" Guthrie.
