It's always interesting how Degrassi opinions change over the years. I liked Bianca at the beginning, maybe because it was like cheering on an underdog. She had a bit of a rough introduction with how she treated Adam. I was never a big Drianca fan but I have to admit that I enjoyed how they were that star-crossed forbidden romance while he was with Katie. So much tension with how they should be together but couldn't because of the stressful gang situation. But they lost the magic for me when they got back together.

(still need to watch the interview with Adamo...) Was Alicia happy with Bianca's exit? I thought it was a good one to have her independent and realizing her self-worth.

I know it's probably not the most popular opinion, but I always thought that as a character, Bianca got swallowed up by the whole gang/Drew relationship story line. I thought there was a lot of unrealized potential with her, but I do agree with my co-mod in that her exit was mostly a good one.

Stumbled across a pretty fan art. Bianca gave us some good angst. Happy with how independent and happy she seemed in the end though.

I got frustrated with her, because I felt like her character was made too much about Drew and her relationship with him (and even Audra). She really did show some growth, though, and did seem, as mentioned, happy and independent at the end of her time on the show and for that we can be grateful.

Maybe some of Shannon's friendships from his Degrassi days turned out to be long lasting ones? Interesting that it formed since I don't think they shared many scenes together but must have found time to hang out. Cool.

yes thats true but i love both of their characters a lot. I really enjoyed her backstory and she became another one of my favorites through her relationship with Drew.
