yea i kinda thought that when i first saw the episode. i feel bad for ellie though. i mean, i love crash, but if that never came back again, it would be really cute to see ellie and craig.

While I am a sucker for "I'm in love with my best friend" type of stories I can't get into Crellie. I couldn't if I wanted to (which I don't). I think Zoey 101 does a really cute job of that s/l so I don't need Crellie, haha.

I think she got upset because Ashley was right there, and it hit her what her crush on Craig meant. Because if Ashley weren't there and Craig waved at her I think Ellie would be all smiles and really really happy. Hopefully that scene means Crash time next season! What OTHER problems would Crellie have next season without repeating season 5?

I don't mind best friends falling in love either. It just has to be done well. My problem is WPA. If Craig hadn't rejected Ellie, I'd probably be shipping these two. But now she has to wait for him to come to his senses, I guess. Still, I usually give ships a chance. I don't think I can buy them being OTP. CrAsh towers over them to me.

i agree. hopefully, everything turns out good for ellie cuz i really like the character. she should be happy with someone. about ashley and craig, i really, truly hope they do get back together, but i dunno, since something might happen with ashley and jimmy. since in high fidelity, she kissed him. i dunno why ashley had to kiss him though. it got me mad and kinda upset, lol. but after all they've been through, if jimmy and ashley does happen, i don't think it will last long.

Yeah, I also like Ellie a lot. I hope she ends up with someone who saw her as a first choice, rather than a guy she had to wait for while he dated her competition. If Craig just jumps to Ellie because he got bored with Manny, I wouldn't like that at all. They should explore some feelings between them. Even then, CrAsh has this staggering history that I feel would knock Crellie out.

The best friend thing? I think I'm kinda neutral there...it's not that big of a deal to me. I think the only time I liked it and was rooting for the "friend" (as opposed to the other girl/guy which there usually is) is in My Best Friends Wedding...and look how that turned out! Even though it broke my heart I love how realistic that movie is!! Cause that kinda thing happens ALL the time!

Seriously! I think it was a double whammy for Ellie though...she's looking across and he's standing next to Manny, then she turns and in front of her is Ashley, so yeah I think she was like "wow, this sucks!" I'm thinking her next thought was "I need to get over him" which would make sense for what we know of the beginning of next season.

yea, i dont mind crellie but i think they just need to definitly explore their feelings for each other not just throw them together. if they do get together, i just hope they realize that they are better as friends.

I actually rooted for both girls in My Best Friend's Wedding. I think it ended the right way, though. Wasn't someone going to write a fic like that? Ah, we're probably all too busy right now.

Since Jimash is so rushed, I do believe they are a transition couple.

The few episodes I watched of this show I loved Crash, they were very cute.

I too am one of those people who love to ship Best Friends turned lovers. Practically all my ships were best friends and fell in love.

Yeah, Ellie shouldn't have to wait around for Craig. But that's her style. That's why I don't feel that she's OOC. She put her lovelife on hold in Season 2 & part of 3 for Marco, whom she originally had a serious crush on. Then that developed in friendship love. I'm thinking that's what will happen with Crellie, if dating doesn't work out. I think that Crellie should give the romance thing a shot. Otherwise Craig & Ellie might end up secretly regretting it and that could mess up Crash (because it WILL end on Crash).

That's true...but it's also only if Craig changed his mind about his feelings for her, ya know? Cause if he never felt anything more than platonic for her, then he wouldn't regret anything.

True about Craig needing to figure out if he has feelings for Ellie. I'm always flip-flopping on that. Sometimes I think he was just scared of doing some serious dating and that's why WPA played out the way it did. TF really made me wonder what's going on with Crellie.

Anyway...Crash saying "I love you". Anytime in VC. Maybe at the hotel room? He was so in tune with what she wanted. She didn't want roses in SISOSIG, she just wanted an "I love you" - I bet she would have rather had an "I love you" scrawled on a piece of notebook paper than a dozen roses. Sigh, it's amazing how different they were in Season 4.
