I haven't heard anything about her putting out an album, I think they're showing her recording that song from West End Girls with Jake? She does most of the singing on that song. I do remember Melissa saying that she really does like jazz music, though.

I just started watching Veronica Mars, too! I watched the pilot the other day and forgot it was on again the next day, so I only caught the last 15 minutes or so.

It hasn't replaced Degrassi, though. I don't know what can.

Yeah, I don't think I can live without DC, Degrassi, and Gilmore Girls. But at least ABC Family is showing Gilmore Girls on their channel already. Same with Dawson's Creek and TBS. The-N would probably show reruns of Degrassi, right?

No not at all. Mel does it for me. Me;/Ash was what made me like the show in the first place.

I'm starting to see some positives to Ash leaving. Yeah, I'll miss her and her and Craig. But old Degrassi only had one couple that survived. It took Spike/Snake years to get together, and it's taken longer for Joey/Caitlin to reunite. So sometimes space apart doesn't do as much damage as you think. Also, Craig's graduating. If Jake leaves the show, then Craig could go anywhere. I doubt they'll do a long distance relationship with Cranny because they haven't let one last before(Sellie, Darco). If Crellie happens, that might be a problem. But if Craig loves Ash as much as he says he does, then I doubt he'll never see her again.

Yeah, I guess Crash fans got their "school's out" disapointment early. lol. I can see him going to visit her after he graduates. Or maybe she can visit him for his graduation. I think Craig is gonna mention her a lot throughout season 5.

I can definitely see him visiting her after he graduates. They mentioned that music school in England. Maybe he'll go to college there. Don't see Craig going to Dylan's college.
