oh yeah? you debate over at DB? Do you use the same username? I think I might have been there a few times and looked around but I'd go back there and look for some of your 'work'. It'd be nice to see both sides going on and not have to hop back and forth like you do here. I don't know if I'd ever debate though- that's just another internet thing I'd get addicted to. I'd never shut up. Don't go to the-n...can't take it.

I think her part in IITS with kissing Rick gives us an answer as to wheather she'd get with an outcast or not. I think Darcy bases guys on looks the most, and knowing how incredibly sexy Spinner is I can really see her going with him (Which is why I really wanna see her date a 'nobody' like Toby...).

If you want a debate that isn't moded you can go to tv.com. Those can get pretty nasty. I don't go there anymore though so I'm not sure what its like now. Fanfourm is the most mature Degrassi board I think.

Not the same user name, but I'm sure you can figure out who I am. I write really long posts defending Crash or Ash or both. I think the day I started debating was the day I became a vocal Crash fan.

Those debates can get pretty rough though, as Crash/Cranny debates often do. Kathy's more succinct and impressive than me.

Oooh, I'll have to see if I can figure out who you two are over there. It'd be cool to see a cranny/crash debate. A logical one, that is. I really am curious where Cranny fans are coming from and I'd love to see someone who is really articulate about it and supports with details from the show (not that there isnt any of that here...I don't follow that thread that closely, so I wouldn't know). I think I've only read ones at tv.com and those are dull and arguements for the sake of argueing, it seemed.

The debate's been closed because we reached the max, but there's a fair number of Cranny fans. You'll also see some Crellie fans there. Everyone's pretty good with using evidence from the show.

Although I enjoy reading the posts over there, I actually find DB to be a little overwhelming. I think I have an account over there, but I've never posted.

I think TV.Com can get into little pissing contests, although maybe that's changed. I really haven't been there too much since they made the switch over from TV Tome. TWOP is fun, but you better not have a thin skin about your favorite actors, characters or couples. The N is just silly.

It can be overwhelming. There's a lot of chats, spirit weeks, and club activities. Fan Forum is still the best place to go in-depth with more freedom.

TV.com, I mainly check for possible spoilers. Sometimes they arrive there first. They can be hard on Crash. You need a bit of a thick skin there too.

I really don't think Manny will care much for Sparcy espisically if she's wrapped up with craig....their already rumors which are saying Emma starts feeling left out. I would like to see a Tobarcy but like i have said at other degrassi boards i'm not hating sparcy (even with being a spaige shipper) but it just comes down to their chemistry.

The thing about TV.com is that for every spoiler they get right, it seems like there's five or six they get wrong, so you have to take a lot, if not everything, that's said over there with a grain of salt.

Hee, if you badger them enough, you can get the person to admit they're lying. But on the-n, they're just completely convinced it's true or won't own up. FF is still the best place to spec.

I was just thinking about something we debated about, actually. We were talking about the forbidden nature of Cranny. While I agree that it's forbidden, it's not really forbidden in a good way if you look at everything. Then we have Crash. Craig and Ash regularly had to defend their relationship and fight against the odds. They were willing to fight, as opposed to Cranny, who just sorta gave up. Watching ND and VC made this very clear to me, and of course, there's Craig already defending Ash before they go out to his dad. So what I'm essentially saying is that though they're friends or parents were against the couple being together, they were willing to make it work, which is forbidden on some level.

Catlin is coming back and it wasn't her choice to leave in the first place gives us hope? Personally, with Melissa at the mall tour, the CrASh page in the planner and this new news about Caitlin I think that there IS hope. Not for a reunion necessarily, but at least some more (better ending) plots for CrASh.

Yeah, the season's starting in two days and I can't say I'm all that excited. A large part of that is due to most of the spoilers I've heard, including that for Venus. And, I think a large part of that has to do with the total lack of upkeep on the official Degrassi site. At this point, I don't even expect to get new journals from

after Venus airs.
