So with this whole Ellie/older man thing I'm wondering if they do still have plans for Crellie. They might, but then again it might be better for us if they didn't since it would take longer for Crash to come if Cranny is still around now and then they did Crellie. But, good things do come to those who wait so oh well, I guess maybe they'll just be saving the best for last

Well, Crash can knock out Cranny/Crellie no matter what happens. I have no doubt about that. Again, I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped Ellie's crush. Maybe they didn't like all those TF rants at d.tv? No, I'm playing. But I wouldn't rule out Crellie yet. Once we know some Craig spoilers, I think things will be clearer.

I'm just going with blue-green.........

Great thing about doing a lot of your work at home- if you need to (and things aren't too busy), you can put a DVD in real quick to check something out.

Oh yeah, it looks to me like Melanie's eyes are actually brown with a little hint of green flickering through. Of course, even on DVD, the quality of DJH is such, that it's still hard to tell for sure.

I'm really excited because for once I'll see an episode on the-n and not know what will happen. I'm usually bad at staying away from spoilers, so it'll be cool to be surprised.

I see it that way too. Season 5 litterally is laughable compared to Crash (they had Ashley laugh...someone trying to tell us something?), while I think Ellie is insecure when it comes to her potential romantic relationship with Craig. Crash's intense history would be this huge shadow for Ellie, plus the way they portrayed their really tight friendship, it would be hard to convince them being better as more. Crash is the great past love that is still lingering around waiting to resurface.

Yeah, and even if Crellie happens (no offense to their fans), I think the insecurity will be the thing that eats away at them. And that won't ruin their friendship. There's just too much history with Ashley to give them a fighting chance. I could see if it wasn't as intense, but it really was.

Chapter's up. I think it's interesting. Hopefully you do.

Oh, and if you're a DH fans, I tried to drop in some cute little references. It'll help with the withdrawal, I hope. Well, something to chew on until JustMe's horror fanfic

and Lissa's mystery fic. Yay!

Nikki I LOVED that! Awww I miss Craig teasing Ashley now.

That kind of reminded me of the way Jaitlin was before they got back together in the new series. With the little of Ashley's new personality we saw, she did seem like grownup!Caitlin. Lets hope Crash forms a friendship like Jaitlin had early season 3.

OK my video is done. Now this is my first one in like a YEAR, so I'm rusty.

Plus, its really angsty and kinda sad, so don't yell at me! Enjoy.

I love how you focused on all the angsty looks the two have when one of them leaves, like Ash in Secret and Craig in WEG. I mean, it stinks that they're not together now, but those longing looks are so

Glad you guys like it. Crash are soo good at those longing/angsty stares when one of them walks away. You can tell they HATE it when the other walks away after a fight that hasn't been resolved or somthing, its so obvious by how unhappy they look. Although I think I overdid that in my video. Its cute how they hate fighting.

it really was perfect, you better write more Crash fics after this one. But I'm so glad the Jaitlin is together too, one of my other favorite ships on Degrassi. Can't wait for it to be updated, and you included Melanie, i loved her, and her and Snake together, so cute.

ITA about hating to fight, Kathy. That's why I think RRHS came off very natural to me. He went to Ashley first in the record store when she walked away, because he hated that she was so upset with him. And I'm sure HF Ash went to go find him because she didn't like the idea of him possibly hating her, which he never could. I think my favorite longing stare that isn't related to a fight is WEG. You could tell Craig's heart was breaking after Ash leaves him alone in the hall. The scene after that, it was also the only time Kevin Smith was useful that year.
