I think I've heard talk about Life with Derek returning? Or it is a sequel? Movie? I don't follow this show. Can anyone clue me in?

I think the shows coming back on TV but I've never seen it so I'm not really all that sure. I think they put Adam's storylines in the first 4 episodes of part B of the season so that way Jordan could have the rest of the season off. It looked like they were letting Jordan grow her hair out in the Vegas episode.

Oh the Vegas episode...or as I like to refer to it, the one where Adam looked like he was 12.

See...this reminds me of back when Adam was first introduced and we were all speculating on if it was FTM or MTF. If it was MTF this whole situation could have been a lot smoother...just saying.

Do you think that, besides for being missing for a stretch of episodes, Jordan working on both Degrassi and Life with Derek will affect Adam's character? I think I read on another board they thought the actor would be replaced.

Anyone heard anything about Adam in season 13? I saw a picture of Jordan on twitter the other day and it looked like her hair was longer. I can't imagine Degrassi would give Adam a character exit...maybe it is for the best that we just don't hear about him for awhile. He's in his room.

I'm praying that Adam has been off having a bro-fest with Eli before he has to go to NYU. I thought it was so odd we didn't get to see his reaction to Dallas having a kid.

Interesting talk in spoiler land...

It got me thinking that maybe there isn't much else to do with Adam's character. He was introduced with much adversity and I think he has overcame most of his struggles with himself and his peers. He accepts himself. His family, friends, and other students do as well. He has dealt with an interesting pattern of trying to find romance and finally has found happiness. Her family accepts him too...if I remember that right. There kind of is no story plot left unturned here aside from addressing surgery/hormones. The physically altering stuff they can't really cover.

I suppose there are firsts they could tackle with his relationship with Becky. Or just have cute moments. But is that really satisfying to you as a viewer? He could meet others who don't understand him but this has been a constant theme...how do you freshen it up?

I don't know. What would you like to see happen for Adam in the future? Pitch me some storylines.

I'd really love for Adam to get something to do that doesn't involve being transgender. There is probably not a whole lot left with the transgender angle but they could give him anything that can work with any student like future plans, having issues with a teacher/staff member, senior pranks etc.

It's be awesome if this years seniors pulled a cool senior prank (better than last years seniors hopefully). I could definitely see Adam involved with something like that.
