When classmates ask to go to the bathroom when in reality they want to go out for a smoke and teacher doesn´t say anything. Even if they return 20 minutes later.

When a class misses their time to see me, and then they throw in a surprise assembly in the afternoon, so I have to cram 4 classes to see me within half an hour. Really???

I used to silently micromanage the people on my overnight maintenance team who clearly didn't do the job as good as I did, in my head. I mean I got tired of being micromanaged when I was doing a good job, while the people who did not as good job got away with it.
