Why do people find it easier to believe something bad about you?
Today we had a family lunch because it's Father's Day.
So when my Aunt and Grandad were getting ready to go home, my Aunt went to kiss me. I have really long hair that was hanging in my face, so I moved my head away to try and get it away from my face. But my Aunt and everyone thought I was moving away from her because I didn't want to be kissed. So she left feeling hurt and now my mother is mad and won't believe me. I don't know why she won't believe me as I explained twice. Why do people find it easier to believe bad things about others instead of the good things? __________________

I dunno it seems to happen to me alot lately. But the thing is. We all have to learn not to care. It's to the point where I'm tired of obsessing over things like that. People will always have horrible things to say about you. And it's easier to believe horrible things because people are strange..they have their own motives and things like that. It's just how some people are. They'd rather blame you or hate you or harbor animosity towards you..because quite frankly some people enjoy drama. I sure as hell learned that a few times. And it's like...people want a reason to dislike you. I dunno. This is more of my personal experiences..but it's true. People let their personl feelings towards a person direct their judgement. It's just the name of the game. You have to stick by the fact that you know that you're right..and that your motives were pure...you didn't mean anything by it..and the fact that they miscontrued that and chose to believe the rantings of your family member..is bogus. You know it. Just bask in the glory of that. You have nothing to feel sorry about. You know you are right.

I could care less at this point what peeps think of me cuz the ones that talk **** I could give a p huck about them anyways. And most that do are peeps I really never care to meet who I only know on da net.

I guess its just hard sometimes to believe people are being sincere. Especially when you're the one being thought of badly...But what can you do eh? I've just had some shocking accusations being thrown at me this weekend...and to be quite frank, the only thing keeping me sane and stopping me from totally loosing it with people is that I know what I've done and I know I'm not in the wrong. The best you can do is explain and don't let it get you down.

I think people sometimes find it easier to believe something bad because it make's themselve's feel better like they're in the right and you're the bad one.
I think that maybe if it's getting you down so much maybe you should call her and explain. |

People just wanna feel superior and better. In reality, they most probably have personal issues with themselves. Dont worry too much about it. What they say means nothing. They really have problems with themselves.

hey,I feel people always want to say what they want to say.People who don't like you will always see you the way they want to see you.They judge you and perceive you as they want to.So the best thing is to leave them alone n don't give a damn cos u cannot control thier thoughts.And u know i also feel that when people talk bad about you their character n values are reflected.
