many things today:
1. being blamed for something I certainly wasn't responsible for and two of my colleagues can definitely vouch for this 2. being left alone to deal with incidents that certainly weren't manageable and then been told to do somethat I know will make the incident worse 3. being proven right and feeling like no one will listen to my expertise when I said that would definitely escalate. __________________
