Off Topic Board is for subject discussions that do not fit on other boards on Fan Forum. We encourage the creation of discussion threads, no matter how random. However, if the subject matter is not suitable for this board, it may be merged, closed or moved to other boards on Fan Forum. Please do not feel discouraged to start new threads because of this reason. We understand that sometimes, it is difficult to determine which board your thread should belong to or if your topic should belong on an existing thread. As long as your topic doesn't conflict with Fan Forum rules, we'll find a place for it.

Posters should also be aware that no new game threads are allowed unless approved by the moderators of this board.

Each week or so, we'd like to invite you to re-introduce yourselves by answering our questionnaire. 1. Do you get very many trick-or-treaters where you live? Depends on the year and the weather. Some years as few as 6 and other years as many as 50.


2. What was your favorite memory of Halloween as a kid?The year my mom made matching costumes for my older brother and me. Orange and Black Pumpkin Clowns!!!


3. What was the best costume you every wore for Halloween? When I dressed as a munk with an orange "robe" with the hood on and a large wooden cross and sandles. No one guessed who I was!!! I won the contest since no one could guess who I was!!!


4. Are you dressing up this year for a party or costume contest? If so, what will you go as? Thinking of dressing up in nonscary costume for the little kids in the neighborhood since I will be handing out the candy.


5. Do you still go trick-or-tresting?
I am 55 and no grandchildren. So, no. I enjoy being home and seeing the costumes of the neighborhood kids!!!

I won a "Colour the Witch" Halloween game at school. Also participated in a series of games like bobbing for green apples.

A witch-vampire hybrid.

Nah, just wore black clothing.

5. Do you still go trick-or-treating?
Nope. But it's fun to go to the mall to look at people walking around dressed in costume, not just the kids who are trick or treating from store to store. Plus, it's not as cold indoors.

Usually right around 6 AM....unless I wake up at 3 AM, which happens a lot.

I was 15. The guy was 24. I don't know what my parents were thinking when they said okay to that!

Her oldest sister turned 97 this past MAY!!! and went to Paris France with her 70 yr old daughter, & 50 yr old daughter.
