I want to say like once a week but half the time I don't remember what I dream about.

Definitely. I wake up with this weird feeling in my chest but I can't figure out why (and it's not a good feeling).

I don't know. When I have nightmares, I usually don't know why I'm having them.

One trend that I tend to have nightmares about is working at my previous job. I worked at customer service and it was hell. I never want to do that again.
