I was offered a job at my favourite store.
If you go in and spend a lot of money at a store over about six months and talk to the owner each time you go in, then tell her how crap your new job pays you, sometimes they offer you a job.
...I would be excited if I wasn't so tired and have to break the news to my current, lovely boss. __________________

My cousin's wife offered me a job for a week at the new store she's managing. That is really cool of her. She knows how hard it has been for me trying to find a job and she asked if I'd like to come work for her in two weeks. I'm so psyched! |

I don't think i'd like that. It'd end up ruining your favorite store. Plus the added mess of probably spending too much money there. You'll probably get an employee discount, but then you'll think "oh i get 20% off, i can get an extra -----" and you end up spending more cuz of it.

. I thought I would love a job in my fave store (well it's getting less of my favourite by the day) but for a while now the queues have been awful there and I know I would spend my pay before I get it on my credit card because I am awful like that. I am so glad I hate the products the store I used to work in sold! __________________
