Have you ever bought something...
...and then the next day it was on sale at 50% off?

That happened to me around Christmastime! I have a funny story actually. A button came off of a jean jacket (you know, the buttons that are stapled on and should never come off?) that I received as a gift. I got a receipt from my grandmother in case it didn't fit or something, and I saw the jacket cost $80! WHen I went back to the store, after Christmas, they had this huge sale. The jacket happened to be 50% off, only $40. So I exchanged it for a jacket that had all of its button and I got a $40 gift card!! It was awesome, but that was the only time that it worked in my favor.
Usually I'll buy a shirt and then the next time I go to the store I'll see it on sale, which really pisses me off. __________________

With my luck it happens all the time. I try not to go shopping on sundays too much because usually mondays they start new sales.

If that happens, some stores will refund the difference if you still have your receipt. Macy's did that for me about a year ago.

Yes... and it's SO annoying when that happens... Sometimes they'll do an adjustment but you have to ask and possibly even go to the manager.
I said, well I'll return it and then just repurchase it and the hassle of that usually gets them to do it |

You know you can take your recipt back and they'll give you a refund on the 50%.
