  It has been  slow around here lately on this thread.  Had a good Pre surgical check up and normal EKG at my primary care doctor's office today. I really like my doctor.  She is nice, smiles a lot and very encouraging. She doesn't order a bunch of extra tests or have a person come back just to come back and give herself a bigger paycheck. She seems to really care and do what is really necessary.  __________________

Ugh this month needs to end
 eating bare minimun if i'm lucky is making me sleep loads - ended up sleeping most of today __________________

Got my 3-D Mammogram done earlier this afternoon. Last year was the first year they were offered....What a big difference!!! It doesn't hurt anymore!!! After 30 years of hurting....so nice technology has improved and we don't need to be smashed as flat as a pancake. __________________

Well was able to get some more food to make the month more bearable but its still gonna be a tough month

 I hardly slept much last night so I feel like a zombie. And I wish I could eat my cup of noodles now but I'm at work and its not even 10 am yet. Ive never been into "traditional" breakfast food! __________________
