My migraine is slight just nagging......My HOT shower on my shoulders, back, neck hips and knees sure helped my body a lot!!! First time in a while I have had a HOT shower and was HOT the entire time I wanted to stay in!!! It was wonderful!!! And I didn't get muscle spams after the shower or get into any drafts before getting dry and dressed!!! So often I can be in more pain after a shower if there are fans on or the a/c on. So today was a great day to take a shower for me!!!

Carol, sounds like Tommy and his friends will have a wonderful weekend!!! Do you and your sister have plans??? Do you have much grading of papers or test to correct/grade???

My Sister and I have plans to celebrate our birthday Sunday. Our birthday is actually Saturday, but she'll be out of town, so we'll celebrate Sunday. I do have plans Saturday with some of my friends to go to a Flea Markent/Vintage Sale. And tomorrow night a group of LEO wives (a support group for one friend whose husband was stabbed on duty) are going to one of those Painting with a Twist programs, where you spend a couple hours all painting a canvas. This one is law enforcement themed, a private party for the group of us. It'll be a busy but fun weekend.

I do have essays to grade, too.

How fun!!! I have cousins that are twins. No one could tell them apart but I studied them carefully. I noticed cousin Billy's eye's were set a little differently and cousin Bobby had a dimple in his chin...a very slight dimple. That helped me learn how to be more observant and study people's faces faster and especially with twins......looking and freckle patterns or mole placements, shapes of ears, eyebrows, chins, lips, anything subtle.

Came in handy when describing details with my patients in charting, too.

Also with teaching people who have trouble recognizing people's faces to know how to teach them beginning at the top...like teaching someone how to read or sing certain basics to teach and vocabulary is one of them.

I began with a killer headache. After taking my quick acting allergy medicine and Mucinex DM my headache subsided quickly. The was out and it got up to 62 degrees F.

I have a slight migraine now and it is cloudy again....
