I am going to bed early...not feeling well....another migraine on the way...the weather acting up...at least these migraines aren't severe ones like before beginning the dietary supplements my neurologist had me begin taking a few months ago!!!

I caught Tonsillitis and Bronchitis.

Had to go to work still though and it's really draining me. Sprained my ankle today too and a 20 minute walk took over an hour. Just trying to get on with things.

I sent the out of the country cards out weeks before the ones in the states. That is why Kim hasn't received hers yet. I would have a bad few days and wouldn't get any cards out and a whole week would go by at one point.

So hard to walk when your ankle hurts. Hope you mend quickly.......hard to do if you are walking on it a lot.
