Thanks Jade. It is shocking how much they hurt themselves.
Do you use a nasal spray to clear your nose? I find that helpful to help me sleep when I have a cold.

Hot showers are always amazing. I just had a very hot bath to help sweat this thing out before the weekend and rinsed off in the shower. I hope you sleep well lovely.

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with sleep too. I hope you get to have some sleep soon. And the fear of hurting myself would put me off a sport like that.

Yeah I have a Vicks one that usually works for an hour or so, then I wake up and have to use it again, but takes about 20 minutes to work and by then I can't stop thinking about how dry my mouth/throat is. So i wake up multiple times in the night for an hour or so. Hoping to get rid of it by the weekend. I'm coming into my third week, so it should go soon with any luck.

I finally got sleep I put half a back patch for pain on each shoulder that is called "Icy Hot" it smells like Vicks. it helped quit a bit and was able to sleep for almost 6 hours of broken sleep...better than nothing!!!

is out and has warmed up from 33F to 43F. Still Cold At least wonderful to see the bright sun and Blue skies!!!!

I have a Sudafed one which clears my nose all night, it works well for me fortunately. I hope the cold is gone soon.

Coping with pain is so hard, Karen. I'm sorry you're suffering at the moment.

I am calling my arthritis doctor about getting cortizone shots in each shoulder ASA I have had troube wit my left shoulder for several weeks now.

I've been grading, grading, grading all day. Think I've finished just in time to watch The Bachelor.

I’m so pissed! My car won’t start and I’m at my parents condo intending to go home tonight and my damn car is jammed up for unknown reasons and I called a towing company and they said they could tow it to a repair shop but I have to know which one and it’s anstsr holiday so are these even open today plus it’s 4 pm so businesses close around 5. So am I stuck at this condo and won’t be able to go to work tomorrow cause I can’t move my car?? And why the hell was it fine yesterday and now it won’t start? I’m frustrated feeling stuck

I have a 10:30 AM appointment to get cortizone shots into my frozen bursitis shoulders in the morning!!! There was a cancellation then...My husband will tell work he can't stay overtime tomorrow and be home by 10 AM!!!

I know it's annoying, but hopefully it's a one off, Leanne. If not, if it's the battery or the alternator or fan belt it should be easy to fix.

I hope I can sleep with all of this severe pain/discomfort throughout my body. it is both stabbing and radiating with some sudden shock of what feels like electricity going through my body. That hurts the most because it comes out of nowhere and one is never prepared for it. it takes my breath away,,,and not in a good way..

Leanne, I'm sorry about your car. My better halves car wouldn't start Friday after he'd been working away. He had to get a new battery.
