It has been noisy and busy here,,,got my hot show dressed and a little makeup on,,,eye make up and a little blush. put on lip gloss when I leave. Have a more natural look.just bring my eyes to life and ad colour to my cheeks.

My hubby like that it doesn't look like I have make up on when I do...just mostly n=mascara to darken my light eyelashes,,,

I got a latte with chocolate and hazelnut flavour in it

tastes luxurious! And I just went out with zero make up too. I just don’t really care, I like my skin to be free even tho I could use some lip color most of the time!

I think I have at least a head cold cause I slept all night and was so tired I wanted to go to bed early and I called in sick again from work and even with all the sleep I’m still walking around like my head and eyes are dazed and empty and light. So weird. Should not feel like that when I’ve slept and slept!

With the additional weight loss, sleep study went very well. Even though I wokke up alert at 3 AM, I didn't stop breathing once even though I did have some Lorazepam on board for part of the test!!!

The sleep doctor want to try me two months without the C-PAP Machine. At any point, I am to call to get a loaner machine if I feel I am not getting refreshing sleep. after two months.
