Hey Carol, Jade and sorry I missed Claire and Sar.
Work was all right here, had a little catch up with some of my colleagues after work, just talking about how crazy the kids are being right now with very little support.  Its ok now, Jon will be over in less than an hour. Cooking a roast tonight for us. __________________

Thanks Sarah it was nice chatting with you. Hi there Theresa. Had a huge headache all day, so haven't done much. My son had an opticians appointment and it went so well he said we don't need to return for 2 years. Sorted out all my photos and set up my laptop. Just need to upload the holiday pictures. Hello!!! I have been home for a few hours but have been busy with cleaning projects!!!  My appointment went well with my neurologist!!! Got him laughing again!!!  __________________

Thanks Jade, Karen and Claire. Dinner was good, we had pulled pork, roast potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and yorkshire puds. Jon's been having trouble sleeping so we went and took a nap and both ended up falling asleep, so hopefully that helped his sleeping
 Hope your headache has gone now Claire, headaches are a real pain __________________

Hello Hannah!
My day wasn't the best Jade, due to having a headache, but I did a lot of stuff I needed to do too. How was yours? My headache is gone now, thanks Karen and Theresa. Karen: Hoping the meeting was productive as well as funny. Raining again. I hate days like this. I am hugging my bright light this morning. __________________

Hiya everyone. Not much going on here, except trying to heal, and not doing so well at it. I need help to wash my hair, and no one is here to help me, so not sure what to do. I'll try calling my home health care person later. What have y'all been up to? I hope you're doing well. __________________
