Speaking of being ready for a week off, the place I'm working on Mondays is completely nuts and now I'm really hoping I can get the two other positions and go to where hopefully they aren't as crazy! now I badly want to relocate

Just been running. I wasn't able to go all last week, but I did really well! My fitness is definitely improving!

Claire, still pretty rough Managed to go grocery shopping today. 10 minute walk turned into 45 though. Had to sit on the kerb for a break.

Did I say this morning that this school is nuts? Well, it's now afternoon and it's still nuts! how does anyone learn here?

The deadline for applying is Oct. 19, so this Thursday... so I would expect to hear back from both places for a possible visit and interview on Friday or Monday and they both have to offer me the positions, I'm not taking just one.

Ugh, I'm so tired cause I slept horrible and didn't sleep til around maybe 3 am. And I have to go get cat litter and then get a flu shot before I get home... and the weather is going to be stormy for the next 3 or so days. I want a nap now!

Well good luck Leanne. It's pretty stormy here too. Ophelia is bringing in dust from the sahara, and ash from forest fires in Spain and Portugal, and it turned the whole sky orange earlier, it was so weird! The wind isn't too bad here, though.

I'm sorry it's still stressful Theresa. I assume you didn't get the other job you applied for?

It’s gonna be stormy and windy tonight and tomorrow morning, like 90 km winds tomorrow so I’m hoping the power doesn’t go out (or trees falling) either at home or at school. Cause it has at school before and the room I work in has no windows so if the power goes out, it’s pitch black where I’m supposed to work!

I’m so tired, I want to go into my bed at 8 pm just to feel warm, cozy and sleep potentially early. It was a high stimulation day with noise. A.K.A, craziness

Hoping today isnt so bad, Tuesdays are generally the worst but we have a whole day of various fun activities so that should help.

I forgot how much my arm can ache and hurt after a flu shot.. it didn't hurt when he pricked me. But all evening, it's been so achy! I better not get the flu... I'm sort of paranoid I'll somehow catch it just in time for my December trip or something!

For being so tired today, I can't believe I'm still up at 12:30 am time for sleep!

My mum-in-law wants us all to get flu jabs. I've not had one before, but I don't really want one. I hope the storm isn't too bad, Leanne. Ours has passed by now, this area was well away from it, though.
