The kids had frozen pizzas with pepperoni and I had a fresh one with cajun chicken, it was very nice!


I'm watching Stargate SG-1 with the kids, and enjoying remembering episodes they've forgotten.

I've never seen that. I tend to remember a lot when I see shows again, too, though not the details.

I'm browsing between political news on Twitter, and watching the race. It's a really intense one.

I didn't have a lot of choice, the kids didn't want that one! I don't know why my mum-in-law feels the need to defrost pizzas before cooking them, they're better from frozen most of the time. But it did mean she gave us that one I suppose!

I usually forget old shows so I can watch them over and over. Favourite episodes I do remember, like this one though.

I do that. With Buffy, I could watch most of the episodes 1000 times and never get bored with it.

I can watch favourite shows over and over so I get that.

Not bad-he's still racing. So far. It's a "pack racing" track, so they're just inches from each other, and bumper to bumper. Intense for sure.

I tend to like my favorite shows on, even if I'm not paying close attention.

I'm about to join Hulu just so I can see Buffy and Angel. My DVD's are too grainy. I'm used to HD now.

There's quite a few shows available on Hulu isn't there? It makes sense. I saw all of Buffy when it was first on. It was on Netflix here recently, so I saw a few episodes again. Did you like Angel? I never really got into that one.

I love all of the Stargates, but Atlantis is my favourite. I'm still annoyed Stargate Universe was cancelled. It's fun watching SG1 from the beginning, as they're still learning all the stuff that is taken for granted in later seasons and spin-off shows. I'm a bit of a Sci-Fi geek as you may have guessed!

I know what you mean, I can have familiar shows on when I'm doing other things, as I don't need to pay close attention!

so I described my concert experience on the David Duchovny appreciation thread and, of course, it went from an attempt to describe the concert to describing him cause it’s kind of hard not to, oh well, that was the best part, seeing him in person.

So hot and humid today with the storm coming in. I got all my washing and shopping done.

My daughter's out in a neighbouring town with a friend, and she's not answering her phone, and my mobile has decided to take this opportunity to die on me.

I ended up ringing her friend and got through to her that way. It's a good thing I write phone numbers down.

Glad you enjoyed the concert, Leanne. Even if it was a lot of standing around, it sounds like you had a great view!

I was able to dry all my laundry too! 23 degrees this morning and still rising. I thought we were on our way towards an indian summer
