It's hard to remember to do exercises like yours when you're just going through your day.

I hate exercises like sit ups. I mostly did walking, and lifting light weights with my arms, when I was able to do normal exercises.

It was nice having several of us here today.

It's good to be able to have a posting party!

I normally go to bed at 10pm, so 40 minutes before bedtime, right now.

I love the benefits of exercise, but it's hard to make myself do them!

I'm impressed you do find the motivation, and satisfaction for/in exercising. You take really good care of yourself.

It's 4:30 here, and I at least managed to go pick up my prescription, a few cards I needed, and I got a Snoopy dressed up as a pumpkin. He was just too cute to resist.

Ok, my cat is obsessed with this long ribbon he found. He keeps sitting beside it and staring at me and meowing at me to play with it for him and last night I tucked into a closed top drawer and this morning, he somehow was able to reach in (under? behind?) and he had it on the floor again when I got up. And when he saw me up, he gotmup meowing out of the chair and down to it. Boy, for not speaking English he sure says what he wants!

I'm about to eat the frozen butter chicken and rice. And then once I'm full, I'll consider going out shoe shopping and I need shampoo and soap. I loved my shower today, shaved and I feel so fresh now and I have every window opened in my living room, bathroom and bedroom and fresh air is all around me.

Kim, how do the buns of your burgers not get stale when waiting a few hours for future eating!

Leanne cats are so funny, and SO resourceful when they want something. And persistent.

Oh a good shower, and lots of fresh air is great! It's too hot here, still/again, to open the windows.

I wrap them in plastic or put them in a sandwich bag, and put them in the fridge, Then, I heat up the burger by itself, and the buns for about 20 seconds in the microwave.

that's the extent of my cooking!

My cat loves metal ties or elastic bands. You can't leave hair bands lying around.

What do you have to do to prepare for your friend's arrival? I wish I could help you decorate for Halloween too.

sorry you missed your count! That seems to happen when I'm going for a posting count, too.

It's reruns/in syndication, until Oct. 6, when the new season starts. They were only off for 2 months.

I wish you could help me decorate, too! We'd have so much fun.

I have to figure out what to take (like treats in case my sugar drops during the night, medications, and get her few gifts I've bought her wrapped and in a gift bag).

I don't have any decorations. All I put out for Halloween is a fall table runner and a picture book called "Halloween" by Jerry Seinfeld. speaking of that table runner, I should put it on actually since it's fall now! ... oh I have a glass pumpkin bowl.. I should put that out too.

Pretty soon it will be time to switch my bed linens to the natural coloured ones.. which look light brown which looks more like autumn than white does!

I must be getting restless, I'm noticing I'm stimming with one of my hands while posting... I must be in a good mood!

Ugh, what's stopping me from Halloween decorating is finding a place to store away my regular knick knaks that are up.

I could always take a pic I guess of my minor fall decorating after.

Maybe empty the bin of your Halloween decorations and put your regular stuff in the bin like an exchange?

My cat is on my lap now. He's in a good mood too cause I've been petting, hugging and kissing him since I got up.

ETA Oh! The Gotham premiere was great! I can't wait for all the shows premiers now. I miss the characters SO much.
