Yeah. Depends what it is, I write lists of stuff to do, or things I need to think about, or even just write down my feelings and arguments. Sometimes I can't sleep because I'm rehearsing a conversation I need to have, over and over. Writing it down is so beneficial.

I'm lucky I've seen Lucifer at all as it's only on Amazon Prime here.

I'm usually rehearsing conversations in my head, too. I'll have to try writing those down.

I do rehearse them. Especially if I'm going to the doctor, I'll go through everything I want to say over and over again. I get very nervous talking to doctors. I don't know if that's normal or not. I put off seeing them as long as possible. Even if I like my doctor I get very worried by it. But then I've had a few unsympathetic or even aggressive doctors, and one thought it was ok to humiliate me.

Ugh, I would want to punch a Dr. who tried to humiliate me. That sucks that you had to go through that.

I like my Dr., but still dread it for weeks before I have to go, so it seems normal to me that you'd be anxious.

Okay, I know it's 5:10am, but I'm going to try going back to sleep. It was great seeing you, and getting a chance to spend time with you again.

We went to watch a friend pull an articulated lorry for charity, but unfortunately missed seeing him do it. We did see an 8 year old girl pull a car, and a woman pull the lorry 31m: a new WR! I felt for her as she stopped and nearly gave up, but then managed to carry on to get the distance!

Then we went to see my husband's family, and all had dinner together.

My husband is now feeling unwell, so I'm hoping desperately he's not going to be sick too.

Claire, that sounds quite interesting what you went to see! (my brother once tried to set a world record for longest nipple hair, he sent pics and stuff to them ) an 8 yr old is pretty strong!

It sounds like a stomach bug is landing on each of your family members for just a day each and it seems grim that you're going to be last. I hope your husband doesn't get sick, are the kids fine now? Is it just a day long thing?
