Hi everyone!

I'm completely exhausted after getting very little sleep last night. But glad to be home. It's taken a good hour and a half to catch up with all the goodies coming out of Comic Con.

Still we had a good time despite the weather being a bit cold and windy, and a couple of rain showers. We managed to lose a drone on the nearby train tracks, but fortunately managed to get it back.

Then today I got to see my brother-in-law and his family, before coming home and putting away the camping gear.

Yeah, looks like some good comic con stuff came up.

I don't know what my plan for Sunday is but there is a family dinner which is including homemade lasagna so I think I'll show up

I'm not very fond of camping. My husband takes the kids camping regularly, but I usually stay home!

Still it means we don't have to worry about driving home during the evening, and we've got all the camping stuff, so it made sense to use it.

I've just had some trifle, so that's keeping me going, right now!

Lasagna? That sounds lovely! I hope you have a good time.

My uncle is from England, and I've had trifle a lot, it's delicious!

I don't like camping at all. Although I find a man returning from camping with a scratchy beard and smelling like campfire smoke, kinda like a turn on ruggedness and all that

We didn't have a fire, but I did point out that we'd have been warmer with one!

I don't have trifle often, but it is very nice.

Actually last night a friend had made one, and it was so nice much better than the shop-bought stuff I usually have. We also had some Eton Mess yesterday, I don't know if you've tried it, but I might make that one myself it's easy to do, and very nice indeed!

I am awake....been awake since 7:30 AM

Got up and out of my room at 8:30 AM. Taking my shower around 9.

Going to church services this morning.

The coffee shop there offers everyone free coffee or tea. Specialty coffee drinks you pay for yourself.

I'm kind of tired and not feeling well in bed, so I might take a break and see if I can sleep a little more

Hi Claire Yes, it will be nice to get out of the house and be around friends!!! Going two weeks in a row...a new record!!! After 3 months of not being able to go. Missed all of June because of my two falls.

I use to enjoy camping a lot. We use to go as a family. We use to "rough it" at first. Then in the mid 1970's, my parent's bought a trailer and we began camping in comfort. Never wanted to camp in a tent again!!!

Two of the families there had caravans. The trouble is they are so expensive to buy. We've looked at campervans too, but they are a lot of money too.

My husband has ended up making a DIY room on a trailer to sleep in. We didn't have it with us on this trip, though.

I took a muscle relaxer when I got up at 4am, and I have been up and down since then, sleeping. Strange dreams woke me up again. Anyway, back feels better, so I'm glad, cause I have PT in the morning.

Also have my lab work in the morning, before PT. I'll be starving by the time PT is over.
