Well, now I can't go back into my pool for a bit cause my cat bit me on my arm tonight. it took about 20 minutes to stop bleeding and looks like a knife cut me. I can't go into a swimming pool with a non-healed slice wound so this sucks! At least I got one evening in! Now I have to wait til my bite is completely closed.

My Migraine is now officially gone!!! I took a long(for me) HOT shower and massaged my temples, eyes gently, my neck and my shoulders. Am nicely relaxed!!!

Leanne That naughty cat for biting you like that. You haven't even been able to really enjoy your pool yet. Yes you got to finally try is out but you didn't buy it to stare at it longing to be in it "someday". Hope and pray your arm heals quickly. Amazing how sharp their teeth are and how quickly they can bite!!! It is hard sometimes to stay mad at our fur children....even when they know better and do something like that anyway.

I had to chase him with a water spray bottle after he did that. And then after a bit, he came back onto the coffee table but kept looking at me and I put up my fist with my arm so he could see it and scolded him and he looked guilty or uncertain and left the room again with a meow. We maintained distance for the evening since he was a bad boy. Tomorrow morning, he will be doing his usual wanting a hug cuddle when I get up!

I have a band aid on my arm and when I casually see it, I think I'm wearing a bracelet now! It's gonna hurt to peel it off too cause my arm has hair on it, ow! I just hope I don't get a scar in such an obvious place. I already have a scar on my thigh from my previous cat.

Yeah, it's like the universe doesn't want to me to enjoy my pool too much!

I am fading fast...looking forward to 81/2 hours from now when my friends come by and take me to one of the many Starbucks nearby.

Best go...don't want to fall asleep and have another fall. I would scream and would wake anyone who was sleeping in Seattle and surrounding areas!!! Don't want to post pone my knee surgery again.

It was restless leg syndrome that was keeping me awake. I went back to bed. I didn't sleep too well, so I'm up late again. I should have got up sooner, really.

Sorry to hear about your cat bite, Leanne. My cat has never deliberately hurt me, so I wonder why yours did that?

Claire sounds like you guys made a lot of progress. The same thing happened to me-it went from my room, to the LR, to charity/trash.

PT went well. I'm back to doing all of my exercises again, so that's good. Stopped by the drug store on the way home. Got a cute throw pillow that says "Let It Be" on it, for $2.25. It was 75% off.

I got some body spray too-coconut coast scent. I like body spray better than perfume.

Anyone know how Jade is doing?

I got my cat from the shelter and he's a male, he's always had a bad biting habit, usually only happens when I make a sudden move close to his face and he gets threatened for some reason. Sometimes he gets in this "stalking" mode too and I can tell by the look on his face when that starts so I have to spray him with water. Sometimes I get unlucky and he gets a bite in, grrr.

Nice, Kim! Reward yourself after doing well at PT! I like body spray scents better than perfume, but I noticed I bought two perfumes and never use them so I don't think I'm a scent person.

I'm fighting a trigger first thing in the morning, wonderful.

Hello!!!I ended up sleeping from 2:30- 7:30. Five hours. Just so excited about going outfor breakfast with friends in less than an hour!!!

Claire, it's weird, cause for the most part, he's an affectionate cat who loves hugs and kisses and head butting so it's weird when he gets stalkerly and bites to draw blood.

I woke up with some disorient this morning, the sun was in the right place for about 7 am, but my clock in the bathroom said it was 1 pm and I was like ? But the sun is early morning? Then my brain realized the clock battery must have run out at almost 1 am last night. That really felt Twilight Zone-ish for a bit when I'm barely awake to figure things out

Wonder what you are eating for breakfast out, Karen.

Obviously I'm getting hungry myself here.

It can be freaky if your clock stops working properly. I have one that's connected via a radio signal, so should be really accurate, but every so often it will show a really crazily odd time, and it totally throws me.

I just had macaroni cheese.
