Btchy colleague made a complaint about me in front of everyone, until I pointed out the form she asked me to do, i had already done. I told her that if she had listened, I told her about 8:30 I would do it. She was quiet after that.

My situation was a bully boss. I was there before she came and I refused to leave cause of her... and she left thankfully. I really hope I don't work with her again but sometimes people get assigned so I'll never know, I hate to use the blunt language but she was a bitch.

I still can't sleep!!! I am sooo tired but getting a migraine...weather related...sinus pressure...starting to get eye pressure behind my eyes pushing frontwards and at the same time pressure in front of my eyes pushing back to the back of my eyeball sockets...OUCH...

Yeah Leanne. I was bullied by a boss. I was also bullied by a male colleague in another place i worked, who fortunately wasn't in my department, but on a certain day/time of the week, I would avoid my desk in order to avoid him.

I was so angry that it felt like she just came in and found anything to nitpick about with me and tried to threaten my job security. She made me go to an HR meeting with her and first thing she did when she walked in to the meeting was smile and say something like light hearted to me as if she didn't cause me to be there all stressed out for a month leading up to this cause of her.

Oh well, it's just a bad memory now... the new boss that replaced her... just let me do my own thing cause she trusted I know how to do my job and she even complimented me on a huge book order I got done twice.

I had a good boss after my bullying one, and it was like a breath of fresh air. It makes a huge difference to your stress-levels.

I'm not having a good start to my day, emotionally. I hope after I shower and eat I'll feel better. I might try this new "herbal" pill I bought that is supposed to calm during emotional stress, but it says take during a meal. Wonder if it will work or not, guess I can find out, I nearly forgot I bought them a while ago.

Not sure if it's herbal or not. Would be nice to have the sadness feeling wash away tho, that's what I'm hoping happens. Although I want coffee too, and coffee doesn't relax.
