I try to floss and use mouthwash everyday, but I miss days here and there

I didn't see the dentist last year cause I having problems with gagging too easily from acid reflux major problems, now I should probably make an appointment myself. I dislike it tho, especially the mouthwash, the flossing they do on me and then the fluoride treatment. It's so hard not to gag at the dentist for me.

Yeah you can call me that, I mean I am unusual, even tho that custom title is a Cyndi Lauper album title, for the 80s board anniversary, lol .

It's just frustrating. And then my brother who very rarely ever brushes his teeth has no cavities. It's like what gives?

I make it a part of my bedtime ritual. I can't sleep unless I've brushed my teeth now.

It's great to make it part of your nighttime ritual, but that is frustrating that you take care of your teeth yet still get cavities.
