But if you go on a date with a girl, and don't pick up the check, then you can forget about ever going out with her again. And do women ever open doors for men? Or pull out a man's chair? Why are men the ones that have to call the women? Why do women get dropped off at the curb, and the man has to park the car, and walk half a mile, in pouring rain? Now don't get me wrong; I'm not bashing women. I love women. I just wanted to point out the other side of it. There are double standards for both sexes. I know for a fact that no 'decent' girl would do that and are very picky when it comes to guys and that is just with who they date. So I still say that girls and guys sleep with the same amount - Just because girls could doesn't mean they do. I was in a bar last week and some guy grabbed my ass and said "Hey baby wanna go out back" and gave me a wink and I rolled my eyes and walked off no harm done. But he keept yelling things and him and his friends were being dicks. My buddies Sean, Chris and Adam were getting pretty pissed with them and wanted to kick the crap out of him. The guys then were saying how coz I was a girl I couldn't look after myself and I had to get boys to stick up for me. I yelled back and said "***** you Mr. I can handle myself perfectly well I just choose to ignore losers" and I got called a loud mouth 'Bi!ch' for that. | There are always going to be double standards. It's because we are raised differently and precieved differently in the media. The media has a huge impact on how the world is today. And if you think about the beginning of time....men and woman have always been different. I mean...when a girl cries...comofort her and make her feel better...when a guy cries...they are thought of as babies and that they shouldn't cry. Girls can wear skirts and dresses...guys can't...we'll always be different and I don't think we'll ever be the same and we shouldn't be. | Some, yes. Picky who are eyeing up one guy in particular, and that is usualyl when she is totally not his type. For instance, If i walk up in a club, and I glance over and I see you have a cancer stick between your lips, game over. You have to come with some pretty strong creditials to crack my defenses.
